1. Subscription and Plan Fees

• Subscribers shall pay the fixed monthly service fee based on their chosen subscription plan.
• Statement of Accounts (SOA) or billing invoices will be generated monthly through this portal.

2. Payment Terms and Disconnection

• Payments must be settled on or before the due date indicated on your billing statement.
• Grace Period: A grace period of 3 to 5 days after the due date is given to settle outstanding balances.
• Failure to pay within this 3 to 5-day grace period will result in automated temporary service disconnection.
• A reconnection fee may apply to restore disconnected accounts after settling the full outstanding balance.
• Monthly fees are non-refundable once the service has been active and rendered for the billing cycle.

3. Service Availability and Technical Support

• We strive to provide a continuous, high-speed fiber connection. However, temporary service interruptions due to natural disasters, power outages, main line cuts, or scheduled system maintenance may occur.
• Technical support is available to troubleshoot and repair network issues during standard operational hours.

4. Prohibited Activities

• Subscribers are strictly prohibited from reselling, sub-leasing, or sharing the internet bandwidth outside the registered household or business premises without authorization.
• The network must not be used for any illegal online activities, cybercrimes, or network attacks.

5. Equipment Modification

• The provided modem, router, and fiber accessories remain property of the service provider unless fully purchased.
• Subscribers must not tamper with, transfer, or modify the network configuration or physical hardware provided by Team Protech Manila.

Team Protech Manila reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time to improve our services.
